What Happens on a Consult?
20 minutes. Free. No preparation required.
You tell Ashley where you are. What you’re carrying. What has and hasn’t worked before. She listens — really listens — and then tells you honestly what she thinks she can offer, and which offering, if any, might be the right fit.
If it’s not a match, she will tell you that too. And where possible, she will point you toward someone who can help.
There is no pressure. No performance. No right way to show up.
A Few Things You Might Be Wondering
Is this covered by insurance?
The Sacred Becoming is a private pay practice. Services are not covered by insurance. Ashley does not work with any insurance panels. Payment is due at the time of service. You can read more about our prices on our Investment page.
I’m not sure which offering is right for me. Is that okay?
Completely. Most women who reach out don’t know yet. The consult is exactly where we figure it out together. You don’t need to come with clarity — just with the sense that something here is calling you.
What happens after the consult?
If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we’ll talk about next steps — which offering makes sense, scheduling, and investment. If it’s not the right fit, Ashley will be honest and supportive about that, and will do her best to connect you with resources or referrals.
Do you work with men?
Ashley works primarily with women. She may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you are not a woman and feel called to this work, please reach out and we can have a conversation.
